- On iPhone, iPad and in Safari, words waiting in a browser tab can be cleared after 29 days of using Safari without opening Pagework (sooner on older versions of Safari), so reconnect when you can.

- What does it cost?
- A$14.99 a month, or A$143.90 a year (A$11.99 a month, 20% less than the standard monthly price). Your first 3 months are cheaper on either plan, once per email address: A$7.50 a month on the monthly plan, or free on the yearly plan, so your first year is A$107.93 and each year after that A$143.90. Prices are in Australian dollars, and no GST is charged.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets 14 days of everything, once per email address. We don't ask for a card to start, and we email you before the trial ends. If you subscribe during your trial, you keep your free days: Stripe, our payment processor, saves your card and your first payment is on the day the trial ends. (With less than two days of the trial left, the first payment is taken when you subscribe, and your paid period starts then.)
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Writing pauses, but your words are never held back. You can still sign in, read every manuscript, browse all its history and export it in every format. Subscribe again and you carry on where you left off.
- What if a payment doesn't go through?
- You keep writing while Stripe, our payment processor, tries your card again for up to 2 weeks, and you'll get an email so you can update it. If every try fails, your subscription ends and writing pauses. Your words stay safe, and you can still read, browse and export everything.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Your subscription stops renewing, and you have access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period.
- How do I delete my account?
- Delete it yourself under Settings › Account. We offer you a download of everything first. Your account is deleted after 10 days, and until then you can undo it: sign in and choose Undo, or use the link we email you. Until it is deleted you can only undo it or download your words. Asking to delete stops your subscription renewing, and the paid time left isn't refunded. If you can't reach that page, for example on a reader-only account, email privacy@pagework.com.au and we will delete it within 30 days.
- Who can subscribe?
- We accept Australian cards only. Anyone 16 or over, anywhere, can sign up and use the free trial.
